The register
Every key posted to the directory. Anyone may read it: find an address, then seal to the key on its line. When someone rotates, their earlier line stays in the register, ruled through.

Every key posted to the directory, newest first, read from its KeyPublished events by this page, again every 5 seconds. A line is history: a note is sealed to what a keyOf read returns when sealing.
